Hi! I'm Erica, my friends just call me "E" - thus, the beginning of Sweet E's "the mini bake shop".
I'm a native Texan and lived there through college. While growing up I always baked goodies with my Grandma Mimi and my Mom. Baking has always been a passion of mine. As a little girl I was truly inspired by my Grandma Mimi. I was her little helper; making her famous sugar cookies and decadent cakes and pies. My sister Mia and I always helped my Mom in the kitchen. I was her “sous” chef while my sister licked the bowl! Whenever there was a get-together, people asked "what can I bring?" my Mom would reply "do not bring dessert, Erica has it covered." |

Growing up in Houston and through my 4 years at The University of Texas, I was the "go-to" girl for yummy desserts. I've been in LA for 3 years and my reputation has followed me.
Soooooooo, I decided to go public and offer my goodies to you. Sweet E's "the mini bake shop" has been born. What size is "mini" you ask? They are eaten in 3 or 4 bites giving you just the right amount to satisfy your sweet tooth. They are the perfect size for parties, gifts or a sweet treat.
