We use a variety of premium ingredients in our sweets including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar, and flour. Our sweets do not contain any preservatives or trans fats. Currently we do not have any other nutritional information available for review.
Sweet Es Bake Shop is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Several of our sweets use peanuts and other nut products. We recommend that customers with severe nut allergies eat our sweets cautiously.
Delivery is offered daily from 10am-5pm in the greater Los Angeles area. You may choose between a Standard Delivery (4 hour window) and a Rush Delivery (2 hour window). Deliveries outside our normal delivery hours are an additional $10. Same day delivery may be available, please contact us to place same day orders.
All prices are subject to additional fees based on difficulty of delivery (wrong address, hospital, nobody home, pay to park, high in the hills, etc). Large orders including cupcake towers and cakes require special handling and will incur an additional fee based on the specific order. Set up is not included in the delivery charge, but may be arranged for an additional fee.
Deliveries will not be left unattended. If a recipient is not present to accept the delivery, the customer may be liable for additional fees and will be responsible for payment and scheduling of another delivery.

Sweet E's does not require a signature for your delivery or shipment, however we can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received by the shipping time or day selected by the customer. According to UPS policy & Sweet E’s local delivery policy the drivers will only leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is 'safe' and reasonable to do so. For this reason it is also necessary for customers to notify a recipient of their sweet surprise before the date of delivery. Additional charges may apply if our delivery driver is not able to leave the package with a person or in a safe spot.
Please be aware of any specific delivery policies for your shipping destination. Sweet E's cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays due to inclement weather. Sweet E's will provide you with a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We individually package each product with care and cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping process.

We do! We offer a full line of vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free sweets. Please note that our kitchen is not a gluten-free or dairy-free kitchen, so if you are very sensitive, we recommend eating our sweets cautiously.

Sweet E's creates beautiful dessert tables, candy tables, and displays for all types of celebrations: from weddings and graduations, to birthdays and corporate events. We are happy to rent cupcake towers, cake pop or push pop stands, cake plates, and other lovely display items for these events! Items are charged per day of rental and include a deposit. The customer is responsible for returning these items the day after the event.

Yes, we have a minimum of six per item, per flavor. You may purchase smaller amounts from our store- we have a very large selection available every day!
For all orders we kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery agents do not accept payment on delivery.
If there is a problem with your order, please call our shop at 323-422-8885 or email us at email@example.com. Sweet E's sends out an order confirmation for every order so that you can double check that we have your order information just right. We can not be held liable for any information that is not on this form so we ask that you look it over carefully.
We make every effort to protect your order from damage during shipping. Any issues that occur which result in your dissatisfaction must be reported immediately upon receipt, and submitted with a photo of the items received to firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we may issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

All rentals must be returned to Sweet E’s 24 hours after your event. You will be charged $5 per display each day after the 24 hour period. If the display is lost, damaged, or not returned within 2 weeks you will be charged a replacement fee. The replacement fee is determined based off of the specific display. You will be notified of this policy when placing your order and asked to acknowledge your agreement by email or signature.

We accept all major credit cards. If ordering in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment is required at least 1 week in advance.
Same day orders may be accommodated. A rush fee may incur depending on the size and detail of the order. To place a same day order, please call our shop at 323-422-8885.
If you need to change or cancel your order please call our shop immediately at 323-422-8885.
Due to the nature of our business, custom orders are planned well in advance. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard orders and 1 week in advance for custom or large orders. You will be fully refunded (with only a 1% cancellation fee on credit card orders) if your order is canceled within these time frames. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for any large or custom order canceled past these time frames.

Yes! You can rent the Sweet E’s truck for your event. We will come stocked full with the desserts of your choice! For more information please call our shop at 323-422-8885 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sweet E’s cupcakes are meant to be enjoyed right away. If you plan to store them we recommend that you cover the bakery box in plastic wrap or place the cupcakes in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them for up to 10 days. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.
Sweet E’s cakes should be stored in the refrigerator especially before transporting. The cake should be brought to room temperature 1-3 hours before serving depending on the size of the cake.
Cake Pop Care:
Sweet E’s cake pops will last up to 10 days if kept at room temperature in a cool, dry place. They are best kept either wrapped or in a plastic airtight container. You may also freeze your cake pops for up to 1 month!
We are happy to serve walk-in customers as we offer a wide variety of cupcakes and sweets in our store daily. For our store location and hours please click here. Custom orders and large orders (24 pieces or more) must be placed 5-7 days in advance.
We do! Sweet E’s ships via UPS. Shipments go out every Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays. Due to the UPS shipping schedule, Sweet E’s cannot ship for arrival on Sundays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery.
