All of Sweet E's products are dairy and certified Kosher under U.S. Kosher Supervision in California. Our products are Kosher for year-round use, excluding Passover. We ship cake pops, brownies, cookies, & a select few other items. We do not ship cupcakes. We ship Monday-Friday via UPS. You have the option of ground, 2-day, 3-day or overnight shipping methods. We take great care in packaging our sweets as each order is individually packed by a Sweet E's team member. Although we never anticipate damaged sweets, if such a situation occurs, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. Once there is proof of delivery, Sweet E's Bake Shop is not responsible for the delivered package.

Delivery is offered daily from 11am-5pm. You may choose between a Standard Delivery (4 hour window) and a Rush Delivery (2 hour window). Deliveries outside our normal delivery hours are an additional $10. Same day delivery may be available, please call the shop to place same day orders.
All prices are subject to additional fees based on difficulty of delivery (wrong address, hospital, nobody home, pay to park, high in the hills, etc). Deliveries will not be left unattended. A recipient must be present to receive the order. Large orders including cupcake towers and cakes require special handling and will incur an additional fee based on the specific order. Set up is not included in the delivery charge.
