    Some resolution may be lost or colors can be slightly altered when printing.  If your image looks good at full size (10") on your computer, then it will most likely print great!  If you would like an exact color match, please contact us to purchase a sample, and please allow up to 3 days for a proof.  The best way to get an exact match is to bring us a business card, invitation, collateral, or other printed sample so we can compare the printed colors directly.  We will contact you if there are any issues when printing.

    Pick Up & Delivery 

    Pick up is available from our kitchen location at 4574 West Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016 every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

    Delivery is offered daily from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the greater Los Angeles area. You may choose between a Standard Delivery (4 hour window) and a Rush Delivery (2 hour window). Additional fees apply for rush, weekend and holiday deliveries.

    Deliveries outside our normal delivery hours are available- please call our store for pricing. Deliveries will not be left unattended.  If a recipient is not present to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for payment and scheduling of another delivery and will be liable for any additional fees. Delivery prices are also subject to additional fees based on difficulty of delivery (wrong address, hospital, pay to park, high in the hills, etc).



    You may choose your shipping method and arrival date at checkout.  Please be advised that Sweet E's requires 2-3 days for processing before shipping. Please view our shipment schedule to see the earliest that your sweet package can be shipped. You will be sent a shipping notification and tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

    Sweet E’s ships via UPS every Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays. Due to the UPS shipping schedule, Sweet E’s cannot ship for arrival on Sundays. UPS guarantees an exact arrival date for Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipments. An exact arrival date is not guaranteed for Ground shipments.

    All items are available for shipment except cakes and cupcakes. French Macarons and cheesecake items may only be shipped Overnight. Other items may have specific shipping rules during warmer summer months to protect the quality of the product. A $10 insulation fee may be added at checkout to ensure the safe arrival of your order.

    Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery. Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination. Sweet E’s cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather. Additional fees may apply for returned shipments due to an incorrect address.

    How far in advance do I need to place my order?
    All website orders placed before 5 p.m. will be begin immediate processing and are available for pick up, local delivery, or national shipment within 2-3 days. Any orders placed after 5 p.m. will not be processed until the next day. See our delivery schedule or shipment schedule for exact processing time for your order. Please call our store to place a rush order (less than three days in advance).

    Can I still order your products if I have an allergy?
    Sweet E’s Bake Shop is NOT a nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free kitchen. We do offer nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free products, but we recommend that customers with severe allergies eat our sweets cautiously.

    How do I care for my products?
    Sweet E’s desserts are meant to be enjoyed immediately. If you plan to store them, we recommend placing them in a plastic airtight container. You may refrigerate any items that contain frosting (cupcakes, push pops, whoopie pies), French macarons, cakes, pies, & cheesecake items. We recommend removing any refrigerated items up to 1 hour before serving.
