Hello, sweet friends! It’s Erica here from Sweet E’s Bake Shop, and I’m absolutely thrilled to share highlights from the stunning birthday party we created for the one and only Madison Pettis, which we have been making cakes since she was 13!
When Madison asked for a celebration that sparkled as much as she does, and of course was VEGAN we knew we had an unforgettable theme: liquid gold elegance meets playful sweetness.
From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by a dazzling Golden Luxe Cake centerpiece. This masterpiece combined gold with fresh flowers, with edible glitter.
Of course, no Sweet E’s party is complete without our signature Vegan cupcakes (because everyone deserves a sweet treat!). Each was topped with a swirl of vegan vanilla buttercream and finished with a dusting of edible gold glitter and gold sprinkles. Our friends on plant-based diets couldn’t resist going back for seconds!

Madison also wanted a show-stopping Vegan Cake option,a heavenly delight that proves you don't need eggs or dairy to create a masterpiece. This cake is a celebration of flavor, texture, and the artistry of plant-based baking.
Seeing Madison’s smile as she cut into that golden beauty was everything we hope for at Sweet E’s Bake Shop-moments of pure joy, sprinkled with a little magic.
