Ingredients Statement
Sweet E’s Bake Shop prides itself in using only the finest ingredients in our products. From the flour, sugar and real butter we use to craft our cakes, cupcakes and cookies to delightful fresh ingredients like California strawberries we use to flavor or decorate those treats, we work closely with our producers and vendors to ensure every Sweet E’s product tastes absolutely delicious.
All of our ingredients are sourced from reputable, USA-based supplies ensuring a level of quality that makes our products so special.
In terms of dietary restrictions, all Sweet E’s products are made with wheat flour, unless listed or ordered as gluten-free. Sweet E’s is not a certified gluten-free facility, so customers should note that even gluten-free labeled products may come in contact with gluten in our facility. We do our best to reduce cross-contamination of gluten-containing products.
We also offer a variety of vegan options on our website and custom creations can be ordered as vegan. To craft our vegan treats we use non-dairy ingredients such as shortening in place of dairy butter. Be sure to ask a Sweet E’s customer service representative if you are concerned about dairy, eggs or other allergens in your order. Wherever possible, we always try to accommodate special dietary requests.
