Yes, you can place orders of any kind over the phone. Please note that standard orders for products listed on our website are best placed online, otherwise additional custom order fees may apply.
To collect your order, park in FRONT of the pink building on West Adams Boulevard or in the back parking lot and ring the doorbell at the FRONT door. Please do not enter through our staff entrance in the rear. If you’re unable to find nearby parking, please call us at 323-422-8885 to coordinate curbside pickup.

When making the order please include the recipient's phone number so our driver can contact them. They will be notified by text message upon our arrival. We send a simple text stating that a Sweet E's delivery driver has arrived at (address) with a package for (name), and to please meet us at the door to receive it. That's it.
While we do not ship highly perishable or refrigerated items like cakes, cupcakes, flowers, or balloons, all other sweets on our website are available for nationwide shipping. We offer all of our shippable products via standard 2-Day UPS shipping to ensure your sweets arrive to you in the best condition. Use the “Nationwide Shipping” filter on the left side of each collection page to see items that ship nationwide.
There is no minimum order for shipping products, though we encourage you to meet our shipping threshold of $150 to unlock FREE nationwide shipping. Custom orders will receive custom shipping rates.
Yes, if you are an individual or business with your own UPS, USPS or FedEx shipping account, we can work with you to ship orders using your account. Please note that, depending on the order, we may charge a handling fee for orders with multiple destinations.
We have mastered the art of shipping cookies, cakesicles, cake pops and more here at Sweet E’s! Your order will be packed with sufficient padding to protect your sweets, along with cooler packs if necessary.
Yes, but please note that a recipient must be available to accept the delivery upon driver’s arrival. Please let your delivery driver know in advance for special delivery instructions. If you would like your order left unattended at a business, Sweet E’s is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to your delivery.
Yes! And so much more! All of our products online are available for next-day pick-up and delivery across Los Angeles. Order by midnight to ensure your order is ready for the next day!
For items shipped nationwide, you will receive a tracking number via email.
For local deliveries, our routing app will alert you when you order is out for delivery. If you have questions or need to inquire about your delivery time, please call us at 323-422-8885 so we can share further details on your delivery status.
You may place an order days, weeks and even months in advance via our website. For custom orders, we suggest that you place your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure our cake artists can accommodate your request. This is especially important during the holiday season, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day when our order volume increases.
We do not currently ship cakes, cupcakes or other items requiring refrigeration.
Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 United States.
Unfortunately we can only ship to residential or commercial addresses at this time.
For orders placed online, we accept credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, G Pay and Meta Pay.
For custom orders placed with a customer care representative, we only accept credit card.
For corporate & large bulk orders, we accept credit card, check, or bank transfer.

We always encourage you to select a delivery date 1 to 2 days in advance of your celebration to ensure on-time arrival. Visit our Shipping Policy page for more details on how we arrange deliveries and shipments. We work diligently to ensure orders ship on the day they are requested but, sometimes, our carrier partners may encounter unforeseen delays with your order once it comes into their care. For that reason, we highly recommend ordering so that your order arrives 1-2 days before it's needed.
Depending on the nature of your request and when it was placed or when it is destined to go out, we may be able to make changes to an existing order. Contact our Customer Care team at hello@sweetesbakeshop to discuss.
INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS
We offer either VEGAN or GLUTEN Free, though we cannot make sweets that are both gluten-free and vegan at this time.
Our vegan sweets contain soy. The flour substitute includes: Rice Flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum.
We are kosher certified by Kosher LA, specifically under Rabbi Moshe Benzaquen and Rabbi Jonathan Benzaquen. Our products are NOT certified Parve/Pareve under our Kosher supervision. However, we do have non-dairy options with our vegan collection.
We do not offer sugar-free sweets at this time. Life should be sweet, eat the sugar :)
Our sweets are baked and processed on shared equipment. We frequently use wheat, nuts, coconut, soy, dairy and egg-containing ingredients in our bakery, and we do our best to prevent cross-contamination. However, we recommend that those with allergies to any of these ingredients use caution when enjoying our sweets. We recommend those with severe nut allergies do not consume our sweets.

To place a custom order please start by emailing us at email@example.com with as much information as you can provide for your event. This might include the type of product(s) you’re interested in, volume/quantity, desired delivery/shipping date, custom design details or logo designs, inspiration images, etc.
Our logo cookie sizes are about three inches, depending on the shape. Our circle cookies are 3” in diameter, Square is 3” x 3” and Rectangle is 3” x 2”. If you are considering placing a large custom order of logo cookies, contact our Customer Care team and we may be able to send you a sample to see and taste before you order!
For online orders, we can only ship to one location per order. Please make separate orders online, each with its own unique shipping destination. For custom orders, we can absolutely ship to multiple locations. Your Customer Care team member can assist with bulk mailings, timed mailings, timed deliveries, and other specific shipping or delivery requests. If you already have a spreadsheet with your delivery addresses, feel free to share it with your Customer Care team member so you can receive an accurate shipping quote. You may also request the bulk shipping spreadsheet from our Customer Care team to expedite your shipments to multiple locations.
